Beneficial Insects Shipped Directly to You & Your Plants

Shipping Policy:

Overnight shipping is required for all beneficial insects. Orders are shipped either Mondays for Tuesday delivery, Tuesdays for Wednesday delivery, or Wednesdays for Thursday delivery. If you have a delivery date preference, please include it as a note with your order. Otherwise, after you place your order, you will receive an email with your scheduled shipping date. We try to ship orders the same week they are placed, however they are subject to the ordering deadlines below. 

Order Deadlines:

Orders placed by Tuesday at 5pm EST will be delivered by Thursday of the same week (unless otherwise noted on product page).

Orders placed after Tuesday at 5pm EST will be delivered either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of the following week.

Shipping Exceptions:

Same week delivery is NOT available for Cyrptolaemus Larvae or Californicus sachets. These products must be ordered by Wednesday at 3pm EST for delivery the following week.

Holidays, severe weather, and carrier delays may affect shipping times.

Refund Policy:

Due to the variables inherent in pest treatment and management, we do not offer refunds for treatment failure. 

We do guarantee overnight shipping and live products, and we will replace any beneficials free of charge if there is a shipping issue that impacts their quality. 

However, we are not responsible for the quality of shipments left unattended by the delivery service. Please make arrangements if you cannot be home at the time of delivery.
